General Guideliness

• Library will be open from 9.30am to 4.30 pm every day, except second Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays.
• Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited inside the library.
• Users must scan their ID card at the electronic check Point.
• A maximum number of 5 books will be issued to a faculty member for a period of 14 days from the date of issue.
• A maximum number of 4 books will be issued to a PG student for a period of 14 days from the date of issue.
• A maximum number of 3 books will be issued to a UG student for a period of 14 days from the date of issue.
• A fine of rupees 1 per day/per book will be charged for the delay of books.
• In case of loss of library books, the users will be charged three times the prevailing cost of the book.
• Keep your personal belongings at the property counter.
• Journals, reference books and question papers etc will not be issued from the library.
• The librarian is empowered to recall any book at any times if necessity arises.
