Courses Offered by the Department of Economics with Foreign Trade during the Academic Year 2024 - 2025:
B. A. Economics with Foreign Trade Honours:
Eligibility for Admission:
Candidates who have passed (Eligible for Higher Studies) the HSE of the Kerala State Board of Higher Secondary Examination or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto are eligible for admission.Total Plus Two marks + a weightage of 50 marks for those who have studied Economics as optional subjects in HSE or equivalent.
Duration of the Programme:
The B.A. Economics with Foreign Trade program, previously consisting of six semesters, has now been upgraded to the four-year B.A. Economics with Foreign Trade Honours program, comprising eight semesters."The duration of 3-year UG Degree programme shall be six semesters distributed in a period of three years, 4-year UG Degree (Honours) programme shall be eight semesters distributed in a period of four years
