Courses Offered by the Department of Management with Foreign Trade during the Academic Year 2024 - 2025:

B. B. A. Honours:

Eligibility for Admission:

Any candidate who has passed the Plus Two of the Higher Secondary Board of Kerala or that of any other University or Board of Examinations in any state recognized as equivalent to the Plus Two of the Higher Secondary Board in Kerala, with not less than 45% marks in aggregate is eligible for admission, However, SC/ST, OBC and other eligible communities shall be given relaxation as per University rules.

Duration of the Programme:

The BBA FYUGP (Four-Year Undergraduate Programme) under the University of Calicut in 2024 is an All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) Programme. Here's the duration structure:

Four Years (8 Semesters):

  • Total duration of the program is 4 years.
  • The first three years lead to a Bachelor's Degree.
  • The fourth year is optional and provides a Bachelor's Degree with Research for students who complete additional requirements.

Total Courses for the BBA Programme are divided into:- (i) 21 Core Courses (21 Nos) (ii) Skill Enhancement Courses (4 Nos) (iii) Value Added Courses (3 Nos) (iv) Ability Enhancement Courses (2 Nos) (v) Elective Courses (10 Nos) (vi) Audit Courses (2 Nos) (vii) Skill Enhancement Courses - Internship - 1, Project-1, Internship - 2, Project - 2 (in Honours programme), Research Project (in Honours with Research Programme)
